Still in Izmir Turkey. I went 6 or so years without giving a single oral presentation at a meeting (until 2 years ago): I give 2 today, starting in 1 1/2 hours. Worked at the Dokuz Eylul University (9 September U) marine seismology lab yesterday with French and Turkish and then on 2 of todays presentations by Turkish student and research scientist. The Turkish student though he could wait until the day before the meeting to put his first meeting oral presentation together..he was up all night and we were Skyping from 11:15 PM to after 2 AM.
