Japan Earthquake Early Notice Success – October 2, 2012

The following fairly powerful earthquakes occurred yesterday:

2012/10/01 22:21:45 39.85N 143.05E 10 6.2 96km ENE of Miyako, Japan
2012/10/01 18:40:52 36.96N 141.06E 7 5.2 18km ESE of Iwaki, Japan
NEIS Data

Below is a copy of the Chart-A earthquake forecasting chart that was stored on my Web site around September 30, 2012.

As can be seen, there is a strong line peak group around 141 E to 143 E on the recent time window lines where the earthquakes occurred.

The top line is the 6.2 magnitude earthquake itself. And it looks like it was triggered by the same combination of sun and moon gravity forces that triggered the majority of past earthquakes that occurred at that longitude. That probably makes it easier for my computer programs to point to where an earthquake will occur. So, my forecasting program appears to be working for at least some earthquakes.
