Allegedly all hits, no false negatives, a tiny number of false positives. Nothing documented well enough to reproduce, and their theory of earthquake preparation zones was disproved back in the 1970s. The Freund "NASA" experiments on which the charged gas emission theory was based are now discredited.

I'm amazed their claims are still around.

If they can perform, they can now prove it by issuing correct predictions through SCEC, but I'm sure they will not.
