The chart displayed okay. And the link in the text area works. The link at the bottom of the post had the wrong address.

There are two idential Web pages there for Pavel's data. One displays the charts using a smaller format. The other displays larger size versions of the same charts. Two Web pages are being used because different site visitors are expected to have different size computer monitors. And the large size charts would not display very well on smaller size monitors.
