M7.6 (or 7.9) Costa Rica and mistake on tsunami advisory

A M7.6 or 7.9 thrust quake Costa Rica. See the link. It might be reasonable to say that there could be some relation with the recent M 7 1/2 Ecuador quake, although they are rather far apart. Statistics of small numbers once again.

Someone made a really bad mistake and issued a tsunami advisory for the Carribean:

They then cancelled it because the quake was in the Pacific.
