I forgot the most salient point. Claims that ear tones (tinnitus) can predict earthquakes are ridiculous. Try to get an instrumental measurement to ascertain whether you are claiming acoustic, EM, gravity waves, or pure telepathy before urging a global program a la "Men Who Stare at Goats".
