Pavel, thank for sending that. I read it as promised, but quickly. I could not evaluate the predictions; the predictions in the paper seemed vague and some were based on "pers. communication".

On your Fig 1 there is a sharp drop on the dark blue Taiwan M6.2.
Otherwise, there is nothing obvious on the curves vs quakes. Your Fig 9 has some kind of wave that you call stress wave. Like Roger said, I can't evaluate that. There is a fair amount stated that I suspect that seismologists would not agree with: it seems you think you know what causes different signals but unclear what the evidence is that you know what these are.
