I made a comment on thread above in response to EQF where I said there is a huge difference between a change after a M8.8 quake and detecting precursors to distance quakes. So, I suppose I have to put an hour of my time where my "mouth" is.

I have library access but it would be very difficult to find a chapter in a book on-line.
