what I suggest is not only full moon and new moon
Five days in a month are more prone to 6+quakes
1)full moon
2)new moon
3)moon at max north declination
4)moon at max south declination
5)moon closest to earth
if we check 6+quakes during these five days +or-12 hrs we may find corelation

china quake of today is on max north declinations
