Earthquake Prediction for Milpitas/San Jose area of California

Based on increase of Compression of strain on Dilameter at Mill Creek between Calaveras & Hayward Faults and small earthquake sequence(aprx 6 small earthquakes) in area that I don't recall seeing any earthquakes in recently(largest in sequence was 2.7 on July 23, 2012)
