Hi Roger. Why don’t you take my forecast for off the Coast of Oregon and use it with the various proposals that have been talked about. Work up a couple of scenarios ranging from hitting the bulls eye to nowhere close. See what looks the best to you. You have 3 things to be taking into consideration. The magnitude, location, and time period. I also feel that there should be a maximum limit to each. With out those limits anyone could claim a hit by making a forecast so broad that it would be impossible to miss. Take Care…Don in creepy town.
