Larger quakes off the coast here do NOT seem to have much of an immediate aftershock sequence. There have been some smaller quakes in the last month in this area, but hard to tell if they were precursors or aftershocks of a larger six plus quake abut two years ago. I live inland, felt one of the quakes very mildly (it was night, I was in bed reading and too lazy to get up to check it out!).
