My database files contain records of two powerful earthquakes from recent years for the area of today’s Oaxaca, Mexico earthquake.

Preliminary data analyses indicate to me that strong EM Signals detected on January 20, 2012 are a good match for that June 30, 2010 earthquake. That would be consistent with a 2 month time delay between those EM Signals and today's Mexico earthquake.

There are also some lower intensity EM Signals that match that 2010 earthquake.

These data suggest to me that the earthquake that occurred today might have been forecast as far back as 2 months ago if earthquake researchers had been working with these types of EM Signals.

The strong March 6, 2012 EM Signals will need additional analyses before I will be able to say if there might have been a match between any of them and today’s Mexico earthquake.
