I didn't say that they had not prepared that report earlier. Rather, the latest update time at the bottom of that report was after I sent people my own report.

Someone might have contacted someone else and said "do something." So that report was updated, assuming that there was in fact an earlier version.

Perhaps not. But that would be quite a coincidence, especially since last week was a holiday period.

There is a lot more to this story. And if and when time permits I will add some details.

I think that it is unlikely that any government programming work would be done using TrueBasic. Fortran perhaps. However, I don't know if Fortran can be used for Web site CGI programming work.
