I wanted to have subject be "eruption on Mountains of the Moon", but looks like the Rwenzori (also called Mountains of Moon) are not volcanoes; they are however related to the rift. The linked volcanic eruption is in same region, but I think to south in Rwanda, rather than Uganda.
