Has anyone researched further the pitch of ear tones one might hear in relation to EQ's? I am particularly interested in what this might be indicative of, distance from possible EQ? degree of magnitude of possible EQ? time frame in which possible EQ may occur? About a month ago, I had an ear tone and we had a small couple of earthquakes 2. and 3. something approximately 14 hours later. Today around 11:00 AM Central Standard Time, I had another ear tone but very high-pitched this time. Since I'm very new to all this I am now just waiting and watching. I'm not really noticing things like Petra describes, watery versus granite, etc. We don't really have many earthquakes here and I've tuned this out most of my life.
