Another important point to add to the discussion. Why display charts like that if theu are not pointing to the right location for an expected earthquake? The reason is that they demonstrate that EM Signals that can be effectively used are in fact being generated. And if researchers would start working with those signals using other types of technology then they might be able generate more accurate Time Window, magnitude, and location data for approaching earthquakes. One of the main problems with sciences such as earthquake forecasting can be a shortage of useful data. So, when some useful data are identified then it is important that researchers be told about that so that they can start learning how to both detect and then make effective use of them.
