Psychic Phenomena and the Science of Parapsychology
Posted by EQF on September 8, 2011

It is my new recommendation that for the following reasons, the gentleman with that interesting Web site should be allowed to go his own way without additional criticism or sarcasm. And I am planning to send him a note regarding this.

PSYCHIC PHENOMENA AND THE SCIENCE OF PARAPSYCHOLOGY

There is a gray, but in my opinion, very real area of science called parapsychology.

Generally, real phenomena observed in that area of science include telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, the ability to find lost children, Remote Viewing, Human Earthquake Sensitivity, the ability to hear Ear Tones, and certain types of psychic and faith healing.

There are other phenomena associated with that science that I would describe as being largely illusional. They would include teleportation, most examples of telekinesis (controlling objects etc. with your thoughts), encounters with UFOs, ghostly apparitions, and conversing with entities in the spirit world.

I don’t know if any of the people who have those abilities can help other people select winning lottery numbers. That would be interesting!

For the most part, all of those real and illusional phenomena involve interactions between complex energy fields and the human brain and body.

The illusional ones involve interactions that confuse the brain into seeing or hearing things that are actually not physical realities. For example, someone might really believe that he or she has been abducted by a UFO when in fact the experience is taking place only in his or her mind. This can be proven to some extent by pointing out that probably most of the people who have those types of UFO abduction experiences also have fairly strong psychic abilities.

Why would the little green men select only people who have strong psychic abilities for the gruesome medical experiments that they conduct onboard their spacecraft (humor intended of course)?

Those abilities run in families and can be amplified with certain types of mental exercises.

Of course, the people having the UFO experiences will state with complete honesty that they were abducted. They could probably even state that and pass a lie detector test. That is because the experiences are so real looking to them. They can be like dreams that you are having while you are actually awake and aware of your surroundings.

It appears to me that the gentleman running that Web site is actually able to detect something. However, in my opionion he is probably just misinterpreting the information he is collecting.

The procedure he appears to be using to collect that information sounds something like the Remote Viewing procedure developed during the Cold War by the U.S. and perhaps the Soviets. And the data collected are so illusional that even the U.S. government’s Remote Viewers were apparently at times tricked or confused by them.

I believe that the U.S. government eventually claimed that none of those things were ever real. And of course, we automatically believe everything that we hear from Washington. Why would anyone ever question anything that our public officials tell us?

The “earthquake signals” that gentleman was detecting presently look to me like they were associated with the solar energy bursts reported in the Space Weather Warnings that can be seen on the Internet.

The fact that he could do something like that, even without actually understanding what he is doing is quite impressive and amazing to me. People who are naturally Earthquake Sensitive can detect those signals. However, they generally just make the Earthquake Sensitives miserable. And they usually don’t have the ability to turn that detection capability on and off as it appears that that gentleman can.

Over the years I have compared notes with people who have developed controllable Remote Viewing skills in attempts to determine if they could use them to identify the location of a fault zone that was causing EM Signals to be generated. But we never had any success with that. Those people appear to me to be just too disorganized to accomplish anything practical like that.

The fact that this gentleman can apparently turn on and off his ability to detect those types of signals provides some evidence that my theories regarding this have probably been correct all along. And people who have developed Remote Viewing abilities might actually be able to use them to tell where significant earthquakes are about to occur. Many lives might be saved.

Finally as I said, I recommend that it might be best to let people such as that gentleman who might not know how to interpret those unusual types of information go their own ways in peace. They rarely if ever cause any problems. And at times they can actually collect and make available some useful information.

These are personal opinions.
