You know better than that. I am intimately aware of how your program works and why it doesn't do what you think.

But I do take into account the importance of the subject matter and I don't think it's a good idea for governments to waste resources investigating it.

If you could positively identify the source of your signals and show they have something to do with quakes I would modify my opinion.
