M6.2 thrust S of Tokyo

The linked M6.2 is southern Honhsu and is NNW-dipping thrust (subduction) or SSE-dipping high-angle reverse. This is a different plate boundary than the M9: is Phillipines Plate to south (I forget if is North American wrapped around or Eurasion on NNW side). Makes one think, given the 7.4 foreshock to the M9. But, I'm sure there are planty of M6s that are not followed by great quakes. So, EQF, what would you think should be done short term? I'd think just close seismological and GPS monitoring to see if there is anything unusual.
