Roger,

It might be more efficient if you waited until I try contacting ISEP personnel. Your proposed forecasting blog might be organized on that proposed new Web site. Your son could probably be given site access permission to do the work.

One of the main problems being encountered is that efforts are going endlessly around in circles with little getting accomplished. Part of my own plan is to get governments moving. But that looks like at best, progress would still be extremely slow.

Recent news reports related to events taking place with that Japan nuclear mess and their recovery efforts clearly show how government politics etc. are creating havoc (as usual).
