I just went back through the website. Very interesting. They totally display all their data on all their sites so that anyone can analyze it for themselves and make up their own mind. I went to the Milpitas site and selected the date around the 2007 ALum Rock Quake because on the video clip they claim to have seen an increase. Indeed, in MY OPINION only there was noticeable increase.

Again where ever this goes, this is a classic text book example of what I think a lot of people on here in the past have stated they wanted, a way to evaluate others theories and decide for themselves. Up to this point I have never seen a presentation like this and now I can see how ridiculous it has been over the years when others claim to have a method then flip out when asked by others to see how they do it or claim its classified or whatever. Clearly this guy knows how to present this and probably patented his ways so that IF it turns out he is correct he's going to get all the credit even though he's publicly sharing the testing process.
