| O/T (partly): hello from Istanbul |
Had beautiful graduation Saturday from UC Santa Cruz of beautiful heartland daughter (HD), then got up at 2 AM the next morning to fly to Istanbul Turkey where I went straight to a workshop on scientific drilling on the North Anatolian fault system here. I have to give a talk in 3 1/2 hours. I'm incoherent by nature so up early to practice the talk...hmm...have to put what the point of each slide is and the talk Conclusions.
