I agree with you completely for a change (humor intended). And that is exactly what I have been doing since May 18, 2011, trying to notify the proper government agencies.

However, I suggest that you try doing this yourself some time. It can be virtually impossible to determine how to even contact the appropriate government agency in some foreign country. Often, no specific agency exists. And as far as I can tell, there is not even any government agency here in the U.S. that can be contacted directly with this type of forecast information.

One of the scientists who used to post notes here was actually a fairly good contact point in the U.S. government. But I understand that his government job was eliminated years ago in one of those periodic budget cuts.

Finally, government personnel that I have been trying to reach in an Asian area country have now responded to my initial contact information. They expressed an interest in seeing my data. And I am planning to send them some as soon as my Data.html Web page has been updated.
