Thanks Canie for your recent posts. I'd like to see what John V has to say on this one. I'm with Terry Tullis...seems too good to be true. But, I think it is accepted that Great quakes can make ionospheric disturbances after the fact. And, given the M7.2 foreshock, it would be not surprising if there was some kind of deep motion before the M9 (and maybe before the M7.2).
