It's not a simple as you make it sound, Canie.

It's that you said I was calling EQF that name when in fact I was not, and that you are unwilling to discuss the matter.

You want to ban certain words, fine. It is your choice not to tolerate them.

However, it is my choice not to tolerate having my words misinterpreted or twisted to imply, say, or mean something I did not.

You even said that it would have not been acceptable even if I did not use the word directly, but only implied it. That smacks of 1984 thoughtcrime.

To make it 100% clear to everyone, I was NOT calling EQF a name. I was quoting a well known phrase to emphasize societal attitude towards opinions that are thrown around too generously.

If people are offended by my choice of words, there's not much I can do about that. It's not my problem. I'm not the one who is offended.

But, if people want to continue to misinterpret what I say, and use excuses of word choice to justify that misinterpretation, then those are people I do not want to be around.
