Well, I stayed overnight in Goodland Kansas one night a couple of years ago and of the two or three places (other than fast-food) actually had chicken-fried bacon on the menu and for $1.25 you could get a full cup of gravy for it! I could not believe the menu and the place was packed! I finally settled for a salad which unwhittingly came with dressing made from sugar and bacon grease and vinegar. My gall bladder almost died on the spot. Talk about hazardous to your health!
Cascadia is safe??? They're nuts or ddn't do their homework. Poor journalism.
Frankly, I think that Denver is not too bad - but I'm biased.
