Three claims here:

1. You're smarter than the earthquake prediction community
2. You're smarter than the people who assess earthquake "dangerousness", and
3. You're smarter than the nuclear engineers who design nuclear power plants.

Impressive. By the way, current estimates of damage for the Japan quake are about $300B. If that's off by a factor of 100, you're claiming it's really $30T dollars, or 10 years of the Japanese GNP. Sounds a little high to me.
