I try to follow multiple sources. I have seen stuff on Fox that CNN doesn't, and vice versa. And, it's not always due to political bias.

NHK - http://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/

And because I'm from the LA area I check Ch. 7 ABC a lot too, which is where I first found a live streaming video from NHK before finding the direct site. THe major players above didn't have that.

Having lived in the LA area for many many years, ch 7 is very good for carrying world events.
