Agree on the bad attitude.

But EQF does not make predictions per se, he flags dates with increased probability, the ide being that peoplke would then look for precursors to see where to expect the quake.

I've tried explaining that there are no reliable precursors and if there were we wouldn't need his warning anyway but it falls on deaf ears.
