M6.1 SW of Tokyo

A M6.1 just occurred 116 km WSW of Tokyo. The location program set the depth, and it is shallow, so not part of the subduction zone. Just logic would suggest, like the 6.6 and 6.2 located on the west coast of Honshu soon after the M9, that the M9 did some rearranging of the stress fields...
