The link is to a commentary for CNN by Leonardo "Nano" Seeber. We work toegther on several projects, but I'm not involved in the Bangladesh project. I thought he was in Bangladesh but he was in Tokyo just for a tsunami conference. He also sent an email describing the large amplitude of swaying stadium (?) lights.
