The effort to develop this bulletin board is presently largely waiting for some code to get developed for entering the User Name, Security Code, and Subject.

For instances where complete research reports are being posted to the board, if I can determine how to do this, the bulletin board page will have a capability that lets visitors position the mouse over the Subject heading. And then a short summaruy of the information in the report will appear in the browser window.

Some thought is being given to how to determine what background color for the bulletin board Web page would work best for the most people. It needs to be fairly light so that the text on the Web page is easily readable.

Anyone having some suggestions for different colors should first try them themselves and then post a note here or send me an E-mail with the suggestion. At the moment I am planning on using the hexadecimal color type command:

(body bgcolor = "#FFFF00")

< is actually in the command instead of (. And > instead of ).
