I see a brief mention of the possibility of dynamic triggering on p. 318 of his thesis, but he presents no evidence that it actually has an effect.

The vast majority of the thesis is devoted to ideas that have not been corroborated, such as space weather, normal modes, and "103" patterns. I'm still in awe that his committee approved his thesis in that untamed state.
