So, they are going to try and clone a Mammoth (see link). The question is, should they even try? I think Mammoths are cool and would be very interested. Maybe when I retire we could have a dwarf mammoth (mimmoth),like they had until about 12,000 years ago on the islands off of Santa Barbara. Mimmoths are otherwise known (OK, just by me) as a "house mammoth", and we could take it to bingo.

Seems harmless but "Jurassic Park" did not turn out too well.

So, I think Neanderthals are kind of cool. It might not be impossible that they dig up a well-preserved frozen one melting or eroding out of the permafrost. Should they clone it? I don't think so.

A lot of people think (sports star or music star or actor/actress of choice) is kind of cool. Should they clone him/her?
