EQF thinks I don't understand his program.

But it's simple; an unidentified individual who claims to have advanced degrees is detecting signals of an unstated nature from an unknown source.
He believes these signals are associated with earthquakes but has taken no steps to determine the accuracy or reliability of the association. Instead he issues global warnings when he thinks a quake is imminent. In some instances these have been correct. But not always.

Currently he is trying to persuade governments around the world to expend more time and money in the search for ways to predict quakes, including his program.
