It was felt here - Google Earth shows it was about 1 block from one of my old apartments.. on Obispo between 8th & 10th streets..

Was a very mild quake - I was outside at the time and heard things shake - thought it could have been a heavy truck.. I'm 2-3 miles from it as the crow flies..
