The conditions were just right. A small grass fire went from 30 acres to 600 acres in a very short time.

We are fortunate that the 4mile fire was about over so the equipment and men needed here were at hand.

The fire lay down over night and the smoke cleared from our valley. Haven't heard any reports yet.
