Narrator:
The news is continuing.. The people throughout the world are feeling threatened due to the number of
deadly earthquakes this year. In particular, since the Indonesia disaster with it's great tsunami,
scientists are also concerned. Meanwhile, a man from Kovai (Coimbatore) has been predicting
earthquakes using the sunlight as it falls upon the earth. In this special edition, we will come to
know about him and his research,

Graphics:
The planet earth including with other 9 planets are revolving around the sun in a predetermined path
in the sky under scientific truth. In which earth has inclined with 23.5 degree and revolving itself also
around the sun. Since the earth revolves the sun in the same plane, the sunlight also travels along the
same path towards the earth. This light enters his house through holes which have been installed
in the house and the sunlight arrives on a wall and where deviations if any are noticed. From those
deviations he notes if there are possibilities of impending earthquakes according to the concept of
Sri.R.Shanmugasundaram, a resident of Coimbatore.

Shan:
As the earth is revolving with a 23.5 degree inclination and around the sun, it's during this transit, the earths
axis will be tilted when it is exposed to receive some other planetary magnetic force. These changes activate
the lava inside the earth and move the earth plates upon which they float. When the earths plates move
they collide with each other and produce earthquakes or when there is a channel, the lava comes
out as volcano rather than an earthquake. On this basis I have been registering the earthquakes for the last
15 years.

Graphics:
Shanmugasundaram's opinion is that some changes in the earths movement occurs when the moon
intercepts between the Sun and the Earth. Particularly the changes are during full moon periods which
also initiates earthquakes. As a reference he quoted the (Asian) tsunami was generated and thousands
of people were died on the day after full moon. He furthers his theory that the changes in the earths
movement during the alignment of Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus with the earth also cause strong earthquakes.

It is amazing that the success rate of his earthquake predictions on the basis of sunlight, is about 60
to 70 percent. He requests that the scientists and experts will looking into and expand his study particularly
more observatories if established in equator region countries, it is possible to know about earthquakes in
advance.

Conclusion:
A Tamil poet said that the sky is my knowledge and daily it’s giving information. Likewise the song the
informations are poured from the sky to the people like Shanmugasundaram. Yes, the sun is giving daily
information about upcoming earthquakes to him. But as per our opinion, the Central and State Governments
as well as the scientific community may recognize the work of Mr.Shanmugasundaram and our only interest
