This is an extremely complex research project. I have been developing it for many years.

Once again, one of the most important things that my advisories and warnings say is:

"Earthquake researchers - Start checking your own data to see if a significant earthquake might be about to occur where you live."

Note that I recommended in it that people watch the area of 120 E. And recall that a few days later, on July 23 there were those three 7.5 magnitude range earthquakes in the Philippines around 123 E. If they had occurred near a city it would probably have been in ruins after just the first one.

So that was a clear example of a case where earthquake researchers needed to start checking their own data. Perhaps someone might have been able to clearly spot the approach of those highly significant and potentially devastating earthquakes.
