There is quite a bit of earthquake forecasting research activity taking place. The most significant advances are with the Etdprog.exe earthquake forecasting computer program being used to prepare the Charts and Maps displayed with these Earthquake Warnings and Advisories. Web site development efforts are also progressing.

When time permits, an updated freeware version of the Etdprog.exe program is scheduled be made available for downloads along with the actual data being used to generate the Charts etc. The new program will make it possible for people to generate the Charts etc. themselves and focus in on various locations around the world. And as with the presently available version of the Etdprog.exe program people will be able to process their own EM Signal data such as Ear Tone times and watch for their own local earthquakes.

This has not been tested yet. But, the Gnuplot graphics program used as part of the Etdprog.exe program package can now reportedly import PNG picture files and use them for plot backgrounds. That should make it possible to display forecast data on more detailed world and fault zone maps.
