And the odds for 6.5+ with date hit is 0.1(pl correct if I am wrong).Hence chance of hitting on date (6.5+) is one in ten.Thus, 4 date hits (6.5+,with +or -0.3 magnitude window),out of 40 prediction will be above average.
I wonder, why you can not calculate with date hit window.
