Actual quakes. Hit or Miss?

Two quakes of 6.2 each . One at Mariana on 10th July and another 6.2 on 12th (0011 Hrs UTC) at Chile.
However, the magniyude accuracy is not as expected (7+)
In fact the two represents two combinations
1) Moon with Jupiter
2) Moon with Sun
