the statistics of Paul the Octopus

Paul the Octopus has picked the winner of the last 6 world cup matches, and now picks the Netherlands to win in the final (see link, and Google it also). So, Roger, if he gets this 7th one, what are the odds? Perhaps someone could get Paul to choose between the Elsinore fault and the San Jacinto for the first of the two to have a M6+ quake. But, maybe Paul is only football(soccer)-specific psychic.

The most strange prediction on this page I ever saw was purely psychic, according to the predictor: he said there would be a M6.0 (or maybe it was 6.2) EQ at something like 2 AM on a particular day in Northern California. The 6.0 Parkfield quake occurred at about 9 AM. The post was made about the day before. I think the guys name was Tim; maybe is still in archives. He never predicted again here before or after. He posted that he was kind of creeped out by this ability.

To be fair, Petra also had a 1 week window for something like a 3.5 or 4 + for Parkfield specifically, so she hit the time and place (and magnitude, although the low end was on the low side).
