It has been my experience that most "true sensitive" people only sense quakes near them...say 300-400 miles unless the quake is significant as a 7.5M+
I am aware that many people claim to be able to predict quakes around the world, but again, it has been my experience that they are wrong much more than right.
There is an exception to the above and that is ETHOS, in which a person has either lived or visited and experienced much more than the TOPOS of the land...thereby establishing a "bond" with a certain area which is usually not definable by political boundaries.
