The research topic (link given here with ) says nearly 10% intra plate quakes occurs. And most important thing stated there in ,is -"The causes of Intraplate quakes are poorly understood, but it is likely that-----"
So are we holding on to the theory which can not explain intraplate quakes?and that we are not sure of the reason?
As per your norms ,unless a theory can explain 100 % quakes (?) it can not be termed as a theory
