The earthquake precursor string is getting very long, so I'm trying to start
it over here.
Canie and Michael have both offered to put something together. I guess
they should fight it out over who does what, and like Roger and Michael
on the EPR site, I know something will happen.
My recommedation would be that the site be separate from the EPR
site because at some time in the future various restrictions on it's use
as discussed by this board may have to be put in place. These restrictions
would probably be different than those for the EPR site, so I think it would
be better to have two separate data sites from the start.
