Well...interesting info. I agree that he does seem to mean well.

From some of his other links it appears that he uses the sun and moon angles along with whatever other data he has access to (other sensitives as you have mentioned...?) He had a plot up showing that the moon's position alone was inconclusive....

Anyway, I think the messenger may perhaps possibly be effecting the message in this case.

Sometimes premises and assumptions lock one into a certain "acid test"...but which is inadequate (for true understanding) based on the original premises and assumptions.

Anyway, I do not know all of what he has said (or done). My first thoughts on his idea are just that "the jury is still out" on this and will not be known until a more rigorous data collection scheme (and analysis) is put into place. Note that this idea regards the sun, moon, and other possibly precursory phenomena (not just the sun and moon alone).
