These are often put on line, but some journals will not publish manuscripts that include figures that are on line. In this case, could be on line but you did not find it, or at least is probably being presented at meetings. Some people (like me) just don't have time or ambition to put things on line; I have not touched my web site in years and need to get papers written; more on that later.
