Bless them all--

I knew Harry Glicken briefly at UCSB. Nice fellow, tried to recruit me to teach English in Japan... He never got over NOT being the geologist who died at St. Helens (Dave Johnston died in his place) and he later died at Mt. Unzen with the Kraffts. I'll never forget any of them. They were dedicated people and their work has saved, and will save, thousands in the future.
